BERTH (Monohull-below 70 ft)

COMMERCIAL BOAT
DURATION	FEES
Daily	THB 1,700 -2,200

BERTH (Monohull-above 70 ft)
DURATION	FEES
Daily	THB 55 per ft.
Monthly	THB 1,150 per ft.

Catamaran/Trimaran shall be charged at 1.5 times or 50 pct more on the above berth rate.
Prime area / shall be charged 30 pct more on the above berth rate.
All rates are based on the length overall (L.O.A) of each vessel.

Utilities & Other Charges
UTILITIES	CHARGES
Electricity	THB 10 per Kwh.
Water	THB 95 per Cu.M.
Utilities	20 % Berth rate (where metering not available)

Dry Stack & Boat Yard
DRY STACK & BOAT YARD	CHARGES
Fork Lift	THB 2,000 / lift (In & Out)
Dry Stack Charges-refer to Marina Office
Jet-Ski Storage	THB 4,800 / month
Speed Boat (Trailer)	THB 7,000 / month
Speed Boat (under the roof)	THB 8,500 / month

Berthing fees are payable in advance.
Deposit of THB 6,000 will be collected for water and electricity usage.
Extra charge for yacht charter company THB 3,000 per month.
THB 2,500 per month will be charged for tenting on hardstand field.
Strictly, No parking of boat trailers, at either Hardstand or parking lot area.
One-month advance deposit is required for berthing of Tour Speed Boats.
For all contractors or workers that may work on a vessel, the vessel owner or contractors/workers must report to marina office to get a permission letter before start working.
All prices are in Thai Baht and subject to VAT 7%
All fees are non refundable.
Rates may be adjusted at anytime without prior notice.
